I had a couple of bad days recently. But that's okay! I am still developing my own diet plan. It has to work for me! And I'm still having fun, for the most part. Still have problems with hunger and fatigue. It's tough to get the right balance of proteins, carbs and fats. I've been learning more about "super foods" and am incorporating them into my daily meals and snacks.
