Ate at Golden Corral yesterday. Ate 1/3 of cooton candy. Tablespoon banana pudding. Started meal woth salad-chopped egg, bacon, spinach, green & blavk olives, 3 kinds of nuts, dried crannberries and Italian dresding & 5 bread& butter pickles. Roasted chicken wong, 1 small piece fish, very small piece beef & potk. Green beans, bakef beans, , cauliflower with cheese.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
