well it was my birthday weekend so i fell of the diet but im back on it today. taking my diet pills and eating properly again. i've been doing ballet 2x a week. and will add in the video again starting today
144.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
