If you looked at my stats you'd think I was on the Biggest Loser. I've been on the site 4 days and each day I've lost a pound. Most of it is luck. For one, I just got my period, so I can count on a couple free pounds this week.
Overall, though, having to enter my food intake has make a huge difference in my choices. After dinner, when my normal craving for a sweet kicked in, I had a little tea cup of granola and soy milk instead of something more decadent. I've also saved money by sticking with my green tea and honey in the morning instead of spending $2 a day for coffee with half/half.
On Sunday, I got back to drafting menus for the coming weeks. My pantry is stocked with everything I need for healthy meals and I'm ready to go.
