Last week was a rough week. Sick son, wife out of town, storms interfering with my routine, and just too busy to log in much here. But somehow my weight stayed stable last week.

Yesterday was back to normal for the most part.
Exercise - 2 mile jog with the dog, some leg stretches, and a bike ride to work. (Had to get a ride home because of the rain.)
Diet -
Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/ salami and cheddar.
Lunch: 2 Atkins shakes
Snack: a pickle spear and 2 slices of cheese
Dinner: braised chicken thighs w/ raspberry chipotle sauce, wild & brown rice w/ walnuts and orange zest, and almond green beans.

I'll try to get caught up on everyone's progress later today.
253.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your heading in the right direction. Stable is a win in my books, especially during a hectic week. Try to log all your food on here, even if that's all you do with this site it will help.

:) Thanks for all the comments. I feel really good about my progress. I'm not worried about huge losses, just maintainable ones, and I think 16 lbs a month will stay off. The only thing I feel bad about is not logging my food and exercise last week, but it's a brand new week.
