My iliotibial band has started to act up, which has made exercise 2x/day (especially in the weekday early mornings!) difficult. I still get 4.5-to-7 miles of running (8-9:00/mile pace), but it's time to kick myself out of bed and at least walk in the morning. We've been fortunate to have fairly mild conditions so I have fairly little excuse. Onward!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
