Well missed last weeks weight in as off travelling to the wedding which ended up a Friday to Monday dance and booze party. Head and liver convinced me that I am way too old for that but I am sure I will not allow a little thing like that to stop me. Working on a 3 sides now Diet, Cardiovascular and Weights as the wedding is past and a Vacation in Mexico is heading my way. Kinda fancy ripping up to see if I can just as a personal challenge and goal. Think about it this coming week. Maybe keep a picture or video diary just to keep motivated. Anyway, lost two pounds over two weeks even with the party blowing the diet it's stayed in the right direction. Well off to watch the Rugby (Scotland vs Wales) so probably get beaten as usual. Ah all in the game and reminds me when I played may years back. Got the beer cooling and the burning so it's let's get it on.
