Yes! I finally lost weight! Let's hope I can maintain this. I start a new phase of P90X tomorrow (pushed it back one day because I was WAY too busy today). I'm just so happy to finally be down a few pounds. I'm hoping I don't gain too much from muscle stuff the second phase of the workouts. Apparently that's pretty common at each stage of the workout. Ugh not exciting.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
