I'm so glad I found this site! So much helpful information, and I'm actually having fun losing weight. At first I was a little skeptical about being part of a group where others would see if I failed to lose any weight one week or if I was successful, but instead I feel right at home.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
