Third day on Black seed Oil
Teaspoon in mng , downed with swig of warm water
Teaspoon two hours after meal at night
I have two cups tea ( five roses and rooibos ) with milk and Sweetner.
Body slowly adapting to one meal a day .
Must aim for 2-3 day fast .
Fast minimum twice a week ( 24 hour fast )
24 hour fast , breakfast at 5:00pm
Woolies has great nuts bars 4gram carbs per bar
Drink water
145.1 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
