Ok, so I signed up on here and then lost my drive. But I am back! I have committed myself to many changes this year and spent the last 2 months ignoring those. NOW IS THE TIME...

I am recommitting myself. I am going to watch what I eat. I am going to exercise. I am going to avoid bad habits! Life is a journey, I am going to enjoy the ride.
