Started South Beach phase I on Sunday Feb 21. Exercised and ate on plan. Also drank all my water. Doing well today (Day 2)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good luck! I love SB. It helped me lost 187lbs and keep it off (so far) for over two years! It's a great, healthy way to eat!
