Maintaining. Increased my calories to 2000 a day, and had a few meals/ nights out. Nice to know that I can indulge occasionally and not pile on the pounds.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 143.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
