Back on the low cal. diet been walking 10,000 steps or more a day and it's been 2 wks and I have gained weight I am lost don't know what else to do but quit eating or go on a liquid diet, I just don't know. Going to my dr. on the 9 going to talk to him about it and go from there maybe he can send me to someone that can help.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello there! Dont be discouraged, you just need to clean up your diet. Just by looking at your food entry, its clearly that it is too many calories taken in. Try to reduce carbs, dont cut them complete, just make better choices. try 1 carb item and add more protein. Good Luck!
