I hope everyone is having a great President's Day.
1. weight was pretty much level today.
2. had a good bike ride last night. Got out and shot the bow some.
3. Ketosis was at 52 on the breath meter this afternoon. I took all of my readings late today and after breakfast.
4. Blood sugar was 102 mg/dL
5. Blood pressure at 128/81 @ 91 bpm.
371.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 121.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
