Working on finally breaking bad habits and being the change. If I wake up in the morning and start my day at the gym my success rate is 95% better than if I don't. Today I am updating from the gym after 6am Yoga. Lets see if tommorrow can be as successful.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
