well im almost done with my third week and i have been very ill all week. i tried to excecise but i just couldnt do it. i have been eating alot of soups and crackers and drinking lots of tea and water. i havent lost any weight but i havent gain any either. hopefully i can kick this in the but and start again soon!!!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel for you. I'm sick too. I feel like I look like a sleepy little kid with my mouth hanging open and my eyes half shut shuffling around just trying to survive. I cheers my veggie broth to you.

We're always going to get sick! So no need to start over, just hang in there and make smart sick choices!! You're doing great, lots of liquids sure will help! Get better sooN!
