so i actually stuck to my diet yesterday and surprise, i lost. lol seeing it "on paper" gives me motivation to stick to the diet today. one day at a time as they say. i took a look back at my weight charts since 2013 and realized what a pattern i have in gaining dec.jan. i guess that's what many people experience? i need to make a mental note now to do something different in 2017 so i can break this cycle of gaining during those months. it is so hard to get back on track.
