Had a couple of higher calorie days. Follow the plan 5 days a week Mon-Fri. Take Saturday and Sunday off. I'd love to see 150 next Saturday.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
