I know I haven't been on here writing up my diary but I have been dieting as you can see from my weigh in. Not a fantastic weight loss but to me it's a good weight loss because I don't lose a lot at any time. 2lbs is great. That is a 1lb loss per week and if I can keep that off I will be at my goal weight by the summer.
What I am doing is this :- Breakfast - An egg either poached, scrambled, or as an omelette but not fried.plus a banana and a glass of cranberry juice for my kidneys.
mid morning 4 walnuts and an apple
lunch - a small green salad and a half tub of plain cottage cheese
mid afternoon a dessert spoon of sunflower seeds
Dinner either a 6oz pork chop, 6 oz chicken breast,6oz steak, 6oz lamb steak 6 oz gammon steak with mix of vegetables steamed. I have no potatoes at all and I have cut out all bread as well.
This has seemed to work for me.
Sometimes I have a pitta bread with my salad
In the evening I occasionally treat myself with a mini magnum or a mullerice or now a delicious tesco own rice pot especially the one with syrup.yummy.
Well lets see what happens in another 2 weeks as I need a prompt to get on here but as you can see I am dieting. I don't think anyone else looks at this though. If you do leave a note saying you do please it might give me a bit more encouragement. Thanks Val XXXX
