Alright, that was better. Not great but better. I had a great workout in which I found the right lift weight for each set, that was very nice. Now I can feel like I get a good workout in 45 minutes of lifting and 30 minutes on the treadmill. Running has also gotten better. I can run without feeling out of breath the entire time. That feels good. I am going to do a 10K in Minnewaska on May. That will be fun.
291.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
