I'm pretty impressed that this is working :) I hadn't weighed myself all week (didn't want to be disappointed)-- so to see a 5 lb loss in 6 days was pretty impressive. I had been stuck at 225 for over 5 yrs. since my twins were born. The snack cravings are tough sometimes, like wanting to eat fruit (the kids love fruit and I can't eat it :( ) My other tough part is my coffee in the morning, I can't stand it black, but I'm learning to tolerate it with less sweetener and less cream. I bought, and ate, 2 Atkins bars until I noticed on the box that they are only for stage 2,3, or 4---OOPS! My fat secret has been a BLESSING, I would not have been this successful without it. On to week 2..............
220.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
