1. 100% on the diet and in ketosis!
2. Acetone breath reading @ 47 this morning. best reading yet.
3. Down another 1 pound today.
4. Blood sugar reading @ 111 today. This is a little better.
5. BP 141/90 @90 bpm
6. only needed a little over 2,000 Kcal of my available 4,000 Kcal to get through the day yesterday.
7. got a short walk in last night after the rain had pasted and the temp had dropped. felt good.
8. got to stay focused...more exercise is needed.
9. still working hard every day to keep my mind positive. It does seem to be a little better each day.
