Yaaaaay I met my 30 miles run in one week goal. I'm posting from the gym's computer kiosk, lol. Now, to get my ass off the couch for *real* training runs outside.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
