Grrr....I've gained a few pounds because I'm overeating -- even on Atkins -- so for the last two days I've been counting 1500 calories a day. This is my third day, and I'm down from 163. Ugh. I hate being hungry and I AM, for the first time on Atkins. I might do 2000 Calories today because it's only 2pm and I've already eaten 1139 Calories. YUK. Why do other people seem to find it so simple to stick to 1500 Calories a day, and when I do it, all I can think about is FOOD.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
