Happy Valentine's Day! It's getting easier to not eat carbs(rice, potatoes, bread and pasta)I'm surprised how easy it's getting to say no and stick to fresh. I love sushi. Now I eat more sashimi and edamame. It's working and I don't miss it. Plus, if I want it, I have it and I'm good. Today, I will have chocolate :) and drink wine and have a wonderful dinner with my husband. Enjoy your week!!
