3lbs, WTH?! All I can think is either eating dinner late (9:30), snacking late (nuts and cheese at 10:30), steak for dinner??, or maybe because I didn't eat anything the day before.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 21.0 lb a week
