It's been a while since I've logged a weight. School has been keeping me busy and since I'm graduating next semester, i need to make sure I don't get too stressed out. Is it true that stress can prevent you from losing weight? Either way, glad to see the scale moving in the right direction. I have my next two days of meals already cooked so I'll hopefully not eat any fast food.
