gained a few. Found out the tea with sweet and low is not a good thing on a regular basis.. Oh well! I shall carry on. Live and learn.

Have you tried stevia? I'm not a fan of the powder, but the liquid variety really helps kill my sweet tooth and it doesn't cause bloat or water retention for me.
