Had Chia seed french toast this morning was actually pretty good!Fried my Tofu with a slice of bacon & like it a whole lot better. I've went beyond my goal weight eating Tofu in Zatahrains gumbo mix.It taste awesome & less than 100 calories a bowl
211.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
