Well a more controlled week and on the move Downwards. Had a cheat night last night (Friday) but trained hard that morning (Running 20mins, Spin Cycle 5 mins, Weighted one leg bench step ups 15mins, Weighted Squats while fasting until lunch and a day at the office. One week to go to the mates wedding so a though week to get a few more pounds off so I fit into the kilt (Northern Scotsman) or maybe the penguin suit. See what looks best on the day and fits best. Today buried in snow and heading to the gym and off for a 5 hour drive.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
