Starting over! my health has deteriorated and now in able to comfortably see a chiropractor without faring up the Fibromyalgia too bad, I need to lose weight. I'm tired of struggling put of bed, to get off the couch, walk far, stand for more than 20 minutes at a time... and tired of being tired. Last year I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and now have a cpap machine as well as again being homeless. I was awarded my disability May 2015 and do a bit better off in being able to afford more. Today I started a Slim Fast diet. I haven't eaten in 2 days so I did cheat some and ate half a rotisserie chicken too.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
