9 weeks in and 20 kilos down! So happy to see constant progress... this is where it gets tough though! The first of the Christmas parties kick off this week, so have to avoid party food. Was amused to try on my tux, and find that the jacket is ok (if a little baggy).... but the trousers way too big even with a belt absolutely unwearable!
Got to make sure I at least maintain over the holidays, even if I can't continue to lose the way I have been up until now.
