well this weigh in sucked!!! I knew this was going to happen ,even with the working out every day, I had a lot of wine and italian pastries last night. Not to mention Sunday I had rolled cheese with ham and pepperoni and and Saturday I had a few drinks. I'm a bit disappointed also because I just realized the my scale is not giving me accurate readings on one spot I dropped but then on another gained 4 finally I placed it on one solid spot and weighed myself 3 times and the same number came out so this is the number I'm sticking with. I could have gone with the 384 that it gave me but I don't think that's accurate so I'm sticking with this one. That way I can pay more attention not to fall off the wagon. :-/
