If you are gaining either you aren't followin the plan properly or you have some physical or metabolic issue. I have been having a terrible time losing weight which has never happened to me before (don't yo-you but have needed to lose a few pound here and there). I finally realized that I have a yeast overgrowth and that is what is most likely stalling my weight loss. Only you can honestly say if you've truely been "on plan." If you have you may want to consult with your doctor or do some reasearch of any odd symptoms you are experiencing. Good luck, I hope you find what works for you.
