Dang! I gained a pound! This is what I get for being lazy. It is so hard to keep the weight off. I am like a yo-yo when it comes to that.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep your head up! Determination is the key, but unfortunatly it is hard to stay determined. Just keep going if you miss a day, put it behind you and face the new day.

It is just hard because I get so tired most days. It is hard to stay motivated when you want to take naps all the time.
