Good morning big guy, and community! So for the third day my weight has remained relatively constant while my caloric intake and composition has changed drastically. I ate no meat, no tofu, only non-animal-based oils and cruciferous vegetables. Caloric intake it was about half my RTI.Salt intake was reduced from the day before. I worked like crazy for several hours outside, so hard, that I had to stop several times from lack of air. It was good, though I am sore this morning.

I don't stress over my weight fluctuations in the short-term but I'm just trying to figure this recent plateau out, because it's just atypical for me. Working hypothesis now is that I have been increasing muscle mass as my physical activity has increased, thus that is the mechanism of the weight plateau. Eh? Not to worry, I am meeting my diet goals so it's likely all be OK.

So my son has another stressor lobbed upon him; a Friends father passed away yesterday, so I felt it important to facetime with him and his mom. It went pretty well, And I was able to promise my return to him (in LA) by his birthday which is in March, so I think that felt good for him and me to have some finality. That I will be home with him within a month. My wife did not seem to react in any visible way, which I take as positive, LOL.

Anyway, let's go out make a great day! Forecast calls for some scattered thunderstorms, which is much better than previously thought, we had A line of decent storms come through late last night and early morning, but I think all is well. The hard work I did yesterday helped prepare for The bad weather. I may be spending more of the day indoors recovering my sore body, so I need to take dedicated outside breaks and do lots of stretching.
