Tried shakeology yesterday ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Energy through the roof with just one sample, taste great, no jitters, appetite in check and was able to sleep at the end of my day. Cant wait to get my own supply.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do your homework before spending your money on Shakeology. You're getting 18g protein & 14g net carbs for 120 calories. I'm using Optimum Nutrition & it has 24g protein & 3g net carbs for the same calories, & it has a bunch of great flavors.

hWere can I compare the ingredients in both, theres no caffine in shakeology, its gonna be about the ingredients. I will keep looking before the purchase. thanks

No caffeine in ON, either. You should be able to find nutrition info online, do a Google search for Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey.
