Oh how I love the scale to love me. I needed this little reassurance today. Its a balmy -17 as I'm off to the gym. Just going to start my car for 45 min first lol Today's goals: Drink water and clean diet. Two things. Not even worried about the no alcohol anymore - feel stronger than ever.
