worked my long 14 hr shift yesterday and i slept like crap.. Maybe 4 hours of sleep.. I will be slightly zombified today but will take a quick nap after work and before going out tonight.. yes I am going out and I will be a good girl.. no drinking a little of eating but just to have fun!!!
I am running on happiness right now. =)
193.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week

There are times I dont feel like I can work anymore and even times I'm in a bad mood and think i'll never make it 3 more hours or what i have.. but really coworkers and friends and even customers can make a huge difference.. i'll be tired and feel like i can't stand anymore my feet are just killing me and someone comes in and just changes it and i tell myself.. it's not too much longer before i can prop my feet up.. or i'll concentrate on something else so i dont feel my sore feet.. i only work the 14 hour schedule alternating once one week and twice the next and then a 9 hour shift each weekend
