40.3% body fat. Max is almost 9 months old. I haven't been on a regular workout schedule since the day before he was born. I'm struggling to find time to work since Brad travels I can't work out in the morning anymore. I work either at Macomb or grading essays online most nights and the other rare nights I'm just not motivated to work out at night after Max goes to sleep. I'm worried about not being in biking shape for WAM so I'm going to start using my trainer and the treadmill we have at the house everyday and I'm goint to train with Amelia one time per week but I'm nervous because I've lost so much muscle.
