I still have not been able to do all of my miles! I only walked 5 dedicated miles this week. Granted I walked 4-5 miles at work as well but I wanted to dedicate time especially to this challenge and walk in addition to that I do at work! Maybe this week I will try even harder!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
