DDR Superstar's Journal, 24 January 2012

After missing several gym based workouts due to a hurting hip and just plain lazyness I finally picked my butt off the couch and went to the gym at midnight last night to do what I needed to for both my challenges. I myself have added another one. My goal is to be able to Run/Walk 1.5 miles by Feb 11 in a reasonable amount of time 35-40 minutes would be nice. I am pretty close to that goal now so its doable. I'm just scared and excited to do the Cupid's Undie Run. Well see how it goes. As far as im concerned I may not have a perfect sculpted body but I have lost a lot of weight since Jan 4th when I started this journey and I feel stronger and healthier.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
