OK, didn't lose anything, hopefully my sugar numbers are going down, even if my weight isn't.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I didn't go down this week, but I believe it's never to late to begin again. So - today I begin again.
