On Thursday, I received weight training by a guy who works at my college's athletic center. The intimidating weight room is intimidating no more! I'm still sore even 2 days later. planning on going tomorrow morning. I really need to gain the muscle I lost from losing weight, and in turn have that be a way to lose more weight! also I'm apparently perfectly capable of eating a pint of my favorite ice cream with little to no remorse....two days in a row x.x (last night and this morning) whelp... I hope to be better soon!
