so had a few days of but it still fits into my schedule. i started week 2 of ripped in 30 yesterday. i will continue to do it everyday till my birthday. then next week will be week 3. i exchanged my pink birthday dress for a new one red one. and it actually looks amazing. its red with black straps in the back. it doesnt make my hips look so big so i really like it. n then i totally forgot i have spanxs jus in case and when i wear them it looks even better
145.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
