Today is the beginning of a new life style for me and my family. My fiance' and I don't just want to lose weight but we want to make a healthy living for our children and become more active. I recently had my 2nd child 5 weeks ago and I am tired of carrying this baby weight around. I am at the heaviest I have ever weighed in my life and it is not only disappointing, but shocking! So today is the turn around point. My goal is to lose about 60 lbs in 5 months I don't know if that is unreasonable but we will soon find out. Good Luck!! :)
