Take your eyes of the goal for just a few days, then this is what happens.
So easy and quick to pick up weight, yet so difficult to lose it again.

Eyes on the ball Mel, eyes on the ball!!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.2 lb a week
