Yeah, forgot to add a journal entry before. Yesterday was Ash Wednesday and fasted all day. Dani and I only had one meal toward the end of the day. I had to get out of the house because the longer I was inside the hungrier I got. Just being bored I guess. Anyway, today I was actually up .4 lbs which after considering that I ate right before I weighed in I guess it's not so bad. You would think that after a fast you would be down but I suppose the body starts to conserve calories when there are none coming in... starvation mode I think they call that.
