My recent weight loss can be pretty solidly attributed to a bout of major depression brought on my the sudden and severe lack of companion in my home. I hate being alone in that house. It just makes me want to curl up into a little ball and die.

Last night I realized that I was absolutely alone. I realized that I am all by myself in this place, and that should something go horrendously wrong that I am not equipped to be a homeowner. I am a big scaredy cat when it comes to dealing with anything that I don't have a working knowledge of. The blower motor on the furnace went out last night. I got home and it was making this awful squealing noise. I went downstairs and turned it off, but I also called the guy who installed the furnace, he was kind enough to come out last night and take a look at it. He took the blower out and found a piece of great stuff that apparently had been bouncing around for a while. I hope that after the blower motor is replaced I won't have any further issues. Honestly I need to start working on making repairs more frequently, but with the constant level of abuse I take at work it is hard to feel motivated to do anything when I come home.

Maybe I should start with just getting that wall closed up in the kitchen.

I couldn't get to sleep until after 1 a.m. Last night. On top of that my alarm went off @ 7:30, which is the time I normally leave for work, so I was scrambling to try and get dressed and grab my lunch food. I have been really good about trying to kwwp my calories down, and my activity up. It was nice to sit down and talk to mark last night. it was like being in an LDR again, except I am not required to be nice. Yay.

Hopefully, I will be able to bring my two friends onto fatsecret so that they can share in my great dieting experiences.
